About Us

Promoting Unity, Education and Charity

"Call men to the path of your Lord with wisdom and mild exhortation. Reason with them in the most courteous manner. Your Lord best knows those who stray from His Path and best knows those who are rightly guided." (Holy Qur'an, 16:125)

The United Muslim Foundation aims to clarify misconceptions about Islam and promote greater Islamic awareness and cultural understanding.  We also strive to educate Muslims about the importance of outreach and giving back to the communities we live in.

The United Muslim Foundation encourages Muslims to talk to co-workers, neighbors, and non-Muslim friends about Islam.  There are many misconceptions about our religion.  Many non-Muslims are surprised at how much Islam has in common with Christianity and Judaism.

UMF is happy to send volunteers to churches, synagogues, educational institutions, and public offices to help clarify misconceptions and help develop a greater sensitivity to Islam and Muslims.  Please contact us if you are a non-Muslim organization that would be interested in learning more about the Muslim culture.
